In continuation of its Bob Warke – Dale Horn Scholarship Program, the Hokendauqua Park and Playground Association (HPPA) will again be awarding two $1,000 scholarships. To be eligible for the Warke – Horn Scholarship, you must be a class of 2026 high school eligible graduate, be continuing your education in the fall of 2026, you must have participated in the HPPA’s baseball, softball or basketball youth programs, and you must complete the scholarship application form and return it to the HPPA prior to February 28th 2026. Additional requirements are listed on the application. The organization will review all of the applications and select one girl and one boy to receive the scholarships at our March/April meetings. The application form and requirements are available on the HPPA website. The application is available in Word and PDF formats. We would prefer that the Word format be used and completed as opposed to submitting handwritten applications but either option will be accepted.
