Dear Parents/Guardians of WCMS 8th Grade Students,
Congratulations! Your child is about to begin the exciting transition from 8th grade to 9th grade, joining us at Whitehall High School for the 2026-2027 school year as part of the WHS Graduating Class of 2030!

8th Grade Parent/Guardian/Student Meeting for introduction & scheduling at Whitehall High School
Introduction to High School at Whitehall High School Auditorium: Students & parents are encouraged to attend.

Whitehall High School Counseling Visit to Whitehall-Coplay Middle School for 2025-2026 Course Scheduling
Whitehall High School team will meet with students to review scheduling options & select courses for 2025-2026.
February 5, 6, 10, 11, 2026, during the school day, during WCMS WIN Period.
WHS Junior/Senior Visit to Whitehall-Coplay Middle School
Each middle school homeroom will work with a small group of juniors & seniors to plan for high school.
March 2026, date TBA (To Be Announced)
8th Grade Teams Visits to Whitehall High School
Each middle school team will visit Whitehall High School during the school day.
April & May 2026, dates TBA (To Be Announced)
9th Grade Extracurricular Fair
Each middle school team will visit the Extracurricular Fair to sign up for clubs, sports, and performing arts!
May 2026, date TBA (To Be Announced)
New Student Open House at Whitehall High School
Students & parents/guardians will have the opportunity to visit the high school, walk throughout the school and confirm the locations of classes, and connect with our staff to make sure your child is ready for the First Day of School! Open House hours will be during the day and evening to accommodate all students.
